We enact our vision through our mission — to improve and personalize the care and decision making in cancer across geographic and business boundaries by aggregating, in real time, comprehensive actionable patient- and provider-supplied clinical information for patients with cancer by:

  • influencing positively clinical outcomes and costs by making personalized, real-time, knowledge-enriched cancer decisions
  • generating research-quality clinical and biological data sets for cancer in a patient-centered and patient-controlled environment
  • learning systematically from individuals and aggregated personalized clinical information
  • creating knowledge sets that inform best principles and practices for patient engagement, patient controlled information, patient-reported outcomes and patient-informed clinical decision support
